Cyc Fee: A $50 cyc fee is required to cover the cost of repainting and restoring the cyc to its original condition for the next clients. If the cyc is returned without marks and is completely clean, this fee will be refunded to you after inspection.

Please note: Cleaning and deposit fees are not included in the hourly rate.

• Security/Damage Deposit: A $100 refundable deposit is required per studio rental upon booking, unless you are renting the entire studio, in which case the deposit amount will be specified in your rental agreement. This deposit will be returned after a satisfactory inspection, provided there is no damage to the studio, props, equipment, or furnishings.
• Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee is required per studio to prepare the space for the next guest. If renting the entire studio, the cleaning fee is $350.
