Please note: Cleaning and deposit fees are not included in the hourly rate.

Security/Damage Deposit: A $100 refundable deposit is required per studio rental upon booking, unless you are renting the entire studio, in which case the deposit amount will be specified in your rental agreement. This deposit will be returned after a satisfactory inspection, provided there is no damage to the studio, props, equipment, or furnishings.
Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee is required per studio to prepare the space for the next guest. If renting the entire studio, the cleaning fee is $350.

Prop Rental Deposit: If you choose to rent props, an additional refundable deposit will be required. The amount varies based on the quantity and type of props rented. You will receive the total amount along with a prop rental agreement via email.
